Note: While many treatments can begin on the same day as your consultation, complex medical histories or extensive treatment plans may require a second appointment to ensure the highest standard of care.

Preparing for Your Appointment.

To help us provide the best care, please ensure you have the following ready for your consultation:

• X-Rays: If your previous dentist has taken recent X-rays, please request that they forward them to our office or bring them with you. We can also take any necessary additional X-rays at our facility.
• Medication List: A current list of any medications you are taking.
• Insurance Information: Your dental insurance card (if applicable).
• Medical Alerts: Please notify us if you have a medical condition (e.g., diabetes, high blood pressure, artificial heart valves/joints) or if you are on anticoagulant therapy.
• Minors: For their safety, all patients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

We offer high-quality care and work with most major insurance plans to maximize your benefits.

In-Network Providers:

• Delta Dental of Tennessee
• BlueCross BlueShield (BCBS) of Tennessee

Out-of-Network Information: We gladly file claims for all insurance companies. If you are out-of-network, we recommend contacting your provider before your visit to verify copays or deductibles. Please note that if we cannot verify benefits with an out-of-network company, payment may be required upfront, and you will be reimbursed once the insurance pays.

Flexible Financing

We believe financial hurdles should never stand in the way of your health. We offer two convenient third-party financing options that allow you to pay over time:

Patient Billing

We will send you a monthly statement. Most insurance companies will respond within four to six weeks. Please call our office if your statement does not reflect your insurance payment within that time frame. Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid is your responsibility. Your prompt remittance is appreciated.
